Coordinator GSE Operations
Job Description
Responsible for ensuring Ground Support Equipment excellence and maintaining operational standards for line maintenance facilities. This position requires a technical background, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining safety and compliance with GACA regulations and company policies.
Responsibilities
- Manage the GSE maintenance facility for scheduled and corrective maintenance
- Ensure required maintenance is accomplished in accordance with quality standards and manufacturer procedures
- Ensure optimum resources, tooling, equipment, and facilities are available
- Record and report resources available and material utilization
- Monitor motorized, non-motorized, and battery equipment for serviceability
- Ensure calibrated gauges and spares are correctly handled
- Monitor aircraft-attached equipment quality and external appearance
Qualifications
- Diploma qualified or equivalent degree in aviation, engineering, or a related field
- 2 to 5 years of progressive experience in GSE Maintenance Equipment operations
- Strong understanding of scheduled and corrective maintenance procedures
- Experience with motorized and battery-operated ground support equipment is preferred
- Ability to hold appropriate police security clearance
