Job Description
Are you a service-driven leader with a passion for hospitality excellence? We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager who will support daily restaurant operations, lead the service team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while driving performance and standards.
Responsibilities
- Assisting the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant.
- Leading and motivating the service team to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
- Ensuring guest satisfaction by proactively handling feedback, requests, and service recovery.
- Monitoring service standards, cleanliness, and overall presentation of the outlet.
- Supporting staff scheduling, duty rosters, and manpower planning.
- Assisting in training, coaching, and performance development of team members.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, or similar role, preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant environment.
- Strong knowledge of food & beverage service standards and operations.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
- Excellent guest service and communication skills.
- Good command of English; Arabic language will be an advantage.
- Relevant hospitality qualifications will be an advantage.
