Mandarin Oriental, Doha is looking for an Executive Pastry Chef to lead the overall management and execution of all pastry and bakery operations. The role focuses on delivering innovative, high-quality products aligned with luxury standards across all hotel outlets.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage pastry and bakery production across multiple outlets
- Ensure high standards in product quality and presentation
- Oversee cost control, inventory, and training
- Maintain strict adherence to HACCP and food safety standards
- Strategic planning and innovation of new pastry concepts
Qualifications
- Degree or Higher National Diploma in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or Hotel Management
- Minimum 6 years of experience as Executive Pastry Chef in a five-star luxury hotel
- Minimum of 15 years of professional pastry and bakery experience
