Job Description
Mindrift connects specialists with project-based AI opportunities for leading tech companies. This project requires you to engage in realistic multi-turn conversations with LLMs, working towards a clearly defined goal. You will stress-test the models' ability to respond based on instruction-following, emotional intelligence, and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Engage in multi-turn conversations with LLMs
- Use a range of tones and registers to stress-test models
- Document observations clearly and consistently
- Identify failure modes and LLM patterns
Qualifications
- Under- or postgraduate qualification in an Arts-based subject or related field
- 1+ years' experience in Conversational AI Testing or Narrative Design
- C2-level English proficiency
- Knowledge of prompt engineering or LLM evaluation preferred
