Job Description
We’re looking for a Head of People & Performance to own performance, incentives, and people risk across the business. This is a leadership function focused on building a high-performing, accountable team.
Responsibilities
- Design and own the company’s performance management framework
- Establish clear review cycles and success metrics
- Coach leaders through difficult feedback and exits
- Design short-term and long-term incentive structures
- Oversee employment risk and compliance
Qualifications
- 8–12+ years experience in senior HR / People leadership roles
- Strong background in performance management and employee relations
- Comfortable handling high-stakes, sensitive conversations
- Commercially minded and risk-aware
