Job Description
Liv Squared Properties is seeking driven individuals to join their team in Dubai. The role involves conducting market research, managing a portfolio of premium listings, and building relationships with buyers and investors. This is a commission-based role with competitive structures.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and assess property values
- Manage and grow a portfolio of premium property listings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers, landlords, buyers and investors
- Qualify clients and handle negotiations
- Conduct property showings and facilitate transactions
- Ensure required KYC & AML documentation is accurate
Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in Real Estate OR a target driven sales role
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Valid driving licence
