Goods Reception Supervisor | Marrakech (Morocco)
Job Description
Your role is to ensure the management and control of the compliance of goods flows within the warehouse, respecting hygiene and safety rules. Areas of responsibility include monitoring the unloading of goods from trucks or other means of transport, unloading containers, opening boxes and palletized packages, and supervising the stocking of goods in reception areas. You will also check delivery documents, note missing quantities, verify the condition of goods, refuse damaged items, and maintain the reception log.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the unloading of goods from trucks or other means of transport
- Unloading containers, opening boxes and palletized packages
- Supervise the stocking of goods in the reception areas
- Unpack goods and transport them to appropriate storage locations
- Check delivery documents to ensure that what is written on them corresponds to the goods received
- Note any missing quantities, check the condition of the goods and refuse damaged ones
- Issue reservations on documents
- Fill out the reception log
Qualifications
- Bac+2 level education (equivalent to a 2-year college degree)
- More than 2 years of relevant experience, ideally in Retail
