Job Description
Oversee, organize and coordinate the work of Operation Support Center, manage both operations and staff.
Responsibilities
- Planning, implementing and scheduling project tasks
- Providing day-to-day leadership to ensure high performance
- Monitoring agent attendance and preparing payroll sheets
- Forecasting marketing demand and potential new projects
- Evaluating personal performance of assigned employees
- Prioritizing operational support center work orders
