EV Charger- Senior Maintenance Engineer

Maintenance and Repair: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for EV charging infrastructure. Conduct routine inspections, diagnostics, and repairs to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, coordinating with external vendors and suppliers. Provide technical guidance and on-the-job support to junior engineers and maintenance staff. Technical Expertise and Standards: Establish and maintain technical procedures and maintenance standards in compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures to ensure safe operations. Quality and Performance: Monitor and analyze performance metrics of EV charging systems to identify improvement opportunities. Project Management: Manage small-scale maintenance and upgrade projects, including planning and scheduling. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in electrical equipment maintenance, preferably in the transportation sector, with 2–3 years of GCC experience.
