Job Description
Lead, manage, and inspire a team of senior leaders and set the culture for Chartwells K12 in the Southeast region.
Responsibilities
- Leads a team of district managers and regional directors
- Drives achievement of key performance indicators
- Owns regional financial results/P&L
- Partners with Sales and Retention teams to drive growth strategy
- Ensures compliance with QA, policy, and USDA requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or eight (8) years progressive experience in multi-unit support services
- Proven track record of growing a business and leading large cross-functional teams
- Excellent business and financial acumen
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
