Application Monitoring Team (NOC) Specialist
Job Description
Continuously monitor application performance metrics and analyze bottlenecks to ensure operational stability. The role involves setting up alerting systems and collaborating with development teams.
Responsibilities
- Monitor response time, throughput, and error rates.
- Analyze application bottlenecks.
- Collect and analyze application logs.
- Set up alerting mechanisms and health checks.
- Communicate incidents based on escalation matrix.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
- 2–4 years of experience in Application Monitoring or IT Operations.
- Strong understanding of networking, operating systems, and databases.
- Knowledge of APM tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or New Relic.
