Job Description
Strategic role involving leading the installation, maintenance, and operation of all ICT, AV, and ELV equipment within a cluster of premier venues. Primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding venue technology infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all technology systems within a cluster of venues
- Manage the entire lifecycle of technology services
- Technical leadership to the venue ICT team
- Coordination with event organizers for bespoke technology solutions
- Overseeing installation and integration of temporary event overlay systems
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in ICT and AV/ELV system implementation, maintenance, and support
- Bachelor of Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Proven expertise in core venue technologies: CCTV, Access Control, turnstiles, PA systems, IPTV
- Demonstrated experience in an IT management role within a large-scale venue or hospitality environment
