Fairmont The Red Sea is seeking an experienced and guest-focused Fairmont Residences Manager to lead the operations of our luxury residential offering in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee the daily operations of the Fairmont Residences, ensuring exceptional service delivery while maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Fairmont Residences
- Lead and mentors a team of hospitality professionals
- Manage guest and residence owner relations
- Develop and implement operational procedures and service standards
- Monitor guest satisfaction and financial performance
- Manage departmental budgets and control costs
- Coordinate with Butler Service and other hotel departments
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in luxury hospitality operations
- Minimum 3 years managing exclusive lounges or residence facilities
