Job Description
To develop, lead, and empower a complete sales team while actively contributing to the growth of Luxarabia Real Estate, an innovative agency specialized in luxury and off-plan real estate in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new real estate agents
- Supervise daily activities of sales agents
- Organize weekly team meetings
- Oversee the sales pipeline and lead conversion through CRM
- Collaborate with management to define commercial priorities
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Dubai’s Real Estate market
- Proven experience in recruiting, training, and managing a sales team
