Job Description
Achieve sales and collection targets by building strong customer relationships, maintaining consistent market presence, and applying technical expertise in poultry vaccines and medications.
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales, margin, and collection targets
- Execute approved sales plans and promotional activities
- Identify new business opportunities with poultry farms and integrators
- Provide technical guidance on vaccine and medication usage
- Conduct regular farm and clinic visits
- Maintain up-to-date customer records and visit reports
- Ensure compliance with cold chain and storage procedures
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in animal health or agriculture (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in poultry vaccines, veterinary medicines, or animal health products
- Proven experience working with poultry farms, integrators, or veterinarians
