Job Description
NOK HC is specializing in HR Solutions and Outsourcing Industry. The Senior Business Development Specialist will identify and develop new business opportunities within the BPO / outsourcing market and build relationships with enterprise clients.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the BPO market
- Build and manage relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients
- Lead the full business development cycle from prospecting to contract closure
- Negotiate contracts, SLAs, and pricing models
- Analyze market trends and competitors
Qualifications
- Mandatory BPO background
- Proven track record in closing B2B / enterprise deals
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills
