Job Description
Plan and manage First and Business class lounges’ operational activities across all Airports (DXB and DWC). Provide strategic input to achieve F&B business objectives, including sales and revenue targets, while optimizing costs and delivering exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee compliance with safety management system, HACCP, and hygiene policies
- Lead coordination with purchasing to manage inventory
- Strategize manpower planning and recruitment
- Drive revenue growth through cost control measures
- Collaborate with Production for menu implementation
- Develop new F&B concepts based on market trends
- Evaluate client feedback and passenger surveys
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or hotel management
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the hospitality industry
- 2 years’ experience in executive level role
- Experience and understanding of luxury and large volume hotels
