Job Description
EMI is looking for a Pre-Sales Technical Support to join our team and support business. You will manage and support a portfolio of customer accounts across North Africa, provide technical pre-sales support, and deliver webinars for EMI product lines.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support a portfolio of customer accounts across North Africa
- Generate qualified leads through research, campaigns, and targeted outreach
- Prepare and submit tender documentation accurately and on time
- Provide technical pre-sales support, including solution presentations
- Prepare and deliver webinars for EMI product lines and services
- Participate in conferences and industry events
- Register EMI and its branches on customer procurement portals
- Analyze competitor offerings and market trends
- Identify new markets, entry points, and growth opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer, Computer Communication, Electrical, or Telecommunications) or IT
- Strong technical knowledge of servers and OPC communication protocols
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and time-management skills
- Ability to understand customer requirements and respond within tight timelines
- Strong research and analytical capabilities
- English fluency (spoken and written); French is a plus
