Job Description
Responsible for identifying sales prospects for insurance plans and managing a portfolio of clients. His/her main duty is meeting potential clients to grow the customers' base by exploring clients' needs and matching them with our products and services. Also accountable for handling policy renewals, and servicing client needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop long term relationship with clients, assess their insurance needs and provide them with accurate solutions
- Prospect for potential leads from different resources to build a database of prospective clients
- Conduct daily client visits to assess potential insurance needs
- Ensure full submission of new applications with proper information and premium settlements
- Ensure quality after-sales service in order to improve customer satisfaction
- Complete Agent activity report on daily basis
- Coordinate with concerned departments for policy requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- 2-4 years’ work experience in Sales/Tele-Sales for soft service business such as consulting, banking services, insurance, etc.
- Strong command of spoken and written English and Arabic
- French is a plus
