About the Client: A well-known restaurant group of unique concepts, continuously expanding in the GCC and headquartered in Kuwait City, Kuwait. Job Description: Lead real estate expansion by identifying new sites, negotiating leases, and overseeing feasibility studies. Drive franchise development through agreements, manuals, SOPs, and partner onboarding. Build and manage strong landlord, broker, and stakeholder relationships to secure strategic locations. Analyse market trends, competition, and financial performance to guide growth strategy and brand development.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in real estate acquisition, expansion, or development within F&B sectors across the GCC.
- GCC experience in local and international franchise market
- Willingness to travel across GCC countries/regions
