Job Description
American Foods Group is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for high-volume recruitment in the beef manufacturing industry. This role partners with plant leadership to manage the full cycle recruiting process for hourly and salary positions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers on recruiting strategies
- Manage pro-active sourcing and offer management
- Coordinate and participate in on-site hiring events
- Research agencies to identify new talent pools
- Maintain recruiting reports and metrics
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- Experience with iCIMS ATS
