Job Description
Ensure the provision of required technical support to the users within the Company and maintain optimal performance of systems, devices, and networks. Address technical issues, enhance performance, and ensure the security and integrity of the IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Addressing user inquiries related to hardware and software
- Troubleshoot technical issues
- Installing and configuring computers, printers, and other peripherals
- Monitoring network performance to ensure stability and efficiency
- Conducting preventive maintenance for systems and hardware
- Implementing security policies and procedures
- Logging technical issues and related solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or any relevant major
- 5+ years of experience in the IT support domain
- Transferrable residency permit
