Responsibilities
- Shape and support case strategies with discovery and pleadings
- Manage motions and mediation prep
- Help families resolve disputes creatively outside the courtroom
- Keep clients calm and informed during contested cases
- Collaborate with the legal team to navigate divorce and custody disputes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of family law litigation experience
- Confidence with contested matters
- Practical, empathetic, and client-focused
- Able to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
