Job Description

We’re looking for a strategic, creative Social Media Senior Manager to lead the client's brand presence for multiple brands across social channels. This role will own the social strategy, content, community, and performance analytics to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and measurable business outcomes. You’ll partner closely with Brand, CX, Creative, PR/Comms, and Growth Marketing to deliver best-in-class social experiences that build trust and advocacy. Additional Information Paid Time Off Work From Home Training & Development Performance Bonus Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning Develop a channel-specific social strategy aligned with brand objectives, audience needs, and commercial priorities. Build monthly/quarterly content calendars, campaign roadmaps, and platform plans (organic & paid). Content & Creative Lead ideation, copywriting, and production of high-impact social content (static, video, Stories/Reels, carousels, live). Brief and collaborate with designers, video editors, and creators. Campaigns & Partnerships Plan and execute campaigns (product launches, tentpoles, seasonal moments, live events). Manage influencer/creator partnerships. Measurement & Optimisation Define KPIs and measurement frameworks; deliver weekly/monthly reporting. Use A/B testing and data-driven optimization. Qualifications 6+ years in social media management, content marketing, or digital communications; multi-channel ownership. Proven track record driving growth, engagement, and brand sentiment in B2C and/or B2B contexts. Expertise in short-form video (Reels/TikTok), LinkedIn thought leadership, and community building. Strong copywriting, visual storytelling, and creative briefing skills.
