Job Description
This role supports pre-opening activities, including the setup of payroll and cashiering systems. You will manage hotel funds, ensure secure handling of cash transactions, and process monthly payroll accurately while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
Responsibilities
- Support pre-opening activities for payroll and cashiering systems
- Manage hotel funds and cash transactions
- Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately
- Maintain detailed employee payroll files and handle sensitive data confidentially
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and queries
- Perform cash counts and reconciliations
- Support finance operations with reporting and audits
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience in payroll, cashiering, or general finance roles within luxury hospitality
- Understanding of payroll systems, regulations, and financial controls
- Fluency in Arabic and English is essential
- Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia
