Account Manager

This is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will oversee client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive business growth by identifying opportunities with new and existing clients. Daily tasks include maintaining regular communication with stakeholders, resolving client issues, coordinating with internal teams to meet project goals, preparing contracts and proposals, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications
- Strong relationship management, customer service, and client communication skills
- Proficient in project coordination, time management, and organizational skills
- Experience with strategic account planning, business development, and achieving sales goals
- Adequate knowledge of contract negotiation and handling proposals
- Ability to work remotely and independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in water, design, or technology-focused industries is a plus
