Job Description
The Spa Receptionist at Life in Balance Spa, Miraval The Red Sea, is the first point of contact for guests seeking a transformative wellness experience. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the spa by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming environment. Contributes to guest experience through upselling and cross-selling.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests
- Manage guest bookings and scheduling
- Provide information about treatments and products
- Manage check-in, check-out and payments
- Handle guest transactions (cash, card, POS)
- Upsell and cross-sell services and retail products
- Collaborate with spa therapists and fitness instructors
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a spa receptionist or guest services role in a luxury setting
- Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Knowledge of retail products and skincare
