Job Description
Erbil Arjaan is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to deliver high levels of guest service through cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and bathrooms. The role involves adhering to hotel policies, reporting maintenance needs, and ensuring corridors and service areas remain neat and tidy.
Responsibilities
- Clean rooms and bathrooms per assigned combination of duties
- Keep fire exits and stairways clear
- Check and report maintenance work required immediately
- Pick up litter from corridors
- Vacuum carpet and upholstered furniture
- Replenish bathroom and room supplies
- Tidy and arrange guest toilet articles
- Remove Room Service trays and trolleys
- Inform valet service for laundry collection
Qualifications
- Vocational training within the Housekeeping Department of a hotel
- Good command of English (advantage)
