Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Description
Miral Experiences is a leading creator and operator of world-class leisure, entertainment, and cultural attractions in Abu Dhabi. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate and office-based positions, partnering closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing recruitment processes, delivering an excellent candidate experience, and building a sustainable talent pipeline aligned with business needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for corporate and office-based roles
- Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, social media, and referrals
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future office-based hiring needs
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from job briefing to offer acceptance and onboarding handover
- Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidates against role requirements and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring managers
- Support reference checks and collaborate on compensation discussions where required
- Apply structured interview and assessment techniques to ensure quality hiring decisions
- Deliver a professional, consistent, and positive candidate experience
- Support employer branding initiatives related to corporate hiring and professional talent
- Represent the organization at relevant career events and networking forums
- Support initiatives to attract diverse talent pools and reduce bias in selection
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and workforce priorities
- Provide guidance on job descriptions, interview approaches, and selection criteria
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure smooth onboarding and workforce planning
- Maintain accurate recruitment data in line with internal policies and labor regulations
- Produce recruitment reports and insights to track hiring effectiveness
- Continuously improve recruitment processes using market benchmarks and best practices
- Support workforce planning for corporate and professional roles
- Conduct market research on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and hiring trends
- Provide insights to support proactive hiring decisions
- Utilize ATS and recruitment technologies to improve efficiency and transparency
- Identify and implement process improvements across the recruitment lifecycle
- Stay updated on recruitment technology and market trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- HR or Talent Acquisition certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, AIRS)
- 4–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, ideally in a corporate or agency, or in-house environment
