Creative Director (remote US)
Job Description
The Creative Director will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Direct-to-Consumer creative team, including managing internal and external resources. They will work closely with Brand, Platform and Publishing teams to create visual communications to support and grow DTC businesses.
Responsibilities
- Lead creative function for DTC brands and channels
- Ensure high standards of brand consistency across all visuals
- Assign work to resources based on project needs and provide feedback
- Lead the creation and evolution of brand guidelines
- Align creative vision with business objectives
- Identify opportunities to improve creative output and process
- Mentor and coach team on career development
Qualifications
- 8+ years experience in graphic/interactive design
- 3+ years experience managing e-commerce or performance marketing design
- 3+ years experience managing internal and external resources
- Expertise with Adobe and Canva suite
