Job Description

The Creative Director will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Direct-to-Consumer creative team, including managing internal and external resources. They will work closely with Brand, Platform and Publishing teams to create visual communications to support and grow DTC businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Lead creative function for DTC brands and channels
  • Ensure high standards of brand consistency across all visuals
  • Assign work to resources based on project needs and provide feedback
  • Lead the creation and evolution of brand guidelines
  • Align creative vision with business objectives
  • Identify opportunities to improve creative output and process
  • Mentor and coach team on career development

Qualifications

  • 8+ years experience in graphic/interactive design
  • 3+ years experience managing e-commerce or performance marketing design
  • 3+ years experience managing internal and external resources
  • Expertise with Adobe and Canva suite
