Loyalty and Retention Manager
Job Description
The Loyalty and Retention Manager will own strategy and execution of email and related retention and loyalty programs for the rapidly growing Amazfit sports and fitness wearables North American business. You will be responsible for developing and executing retention strategy across the full customer journey from onboarding to lapsed customer reactivation campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Own strategy and execution of email and related retention programs
- Develop retention strategy across the customer journey
- Collaborate with marketing teams to improve email collection
- Utilize Klaviyo for CRM email marketing and automation flows
- Develop a data driven segmentation strategy
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to impact reactivation programs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in CRM, retention marketing, or email based lifecycle marketing
- Expert-level proficiency with Klaviyo
- A test-and-learn mindset for optimizing experiments
- Excellent communication skills for crafting clear messaging
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation strategy
- Deep comfort working and interpreting data analytics
