Rope Access Supervisor Level 3 (Fixed Term - 12 Months)
Job Description
Ensure all rope access activities are carried out safely and efficiently in accordance with company and statutory regulations. As Team Lead, you manage safety, work site organization, and supervisory leadership. Utilize experience to execute rope access surveys and inspection work scopes, conduct risk assessments, and maintain rope access equipment certification. You will ensure quality standards are maintained and keep clients informed of advancement in rope access services.
Responsibilities
- Utilize experience to execute rope access surveys and Inspection work scopes
- Conduct Risk Assessments and Toolbox talks
- Maintain rope access equipment and ensure certification is up to date
- Ensure safety policies and procedures are understood and adhered to
- Promote a strong HSE culture
- Carry out work in accordance with safety, environmental, and quality systems
Qualifications
- IRATA Level 3 with 5 years in-service inspection experience in Oil and Gas
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ASNT Level II in UT, MPT, LPT
