Senior Engineer Process Control
Job Description
Responsible for the full lifecycle of process control initiatives, from identification and implementation to performance monitoring and continuous improvement. Drive operational efficiency, enhance safety and performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead identification and implementation of process optimization
- Develop APC, RTO, PID tuning, and Alarm Rationalization projects
- Provide expert technical guidance to maintenance and operational teams
- Mentor junior engineers
- Analyze process data to identify opportunities for optimization
- Monitor control loop performance
- Manage plant alarm system and lead rationalization efforts
- Participate in technical evaluation of proposals
- Participate in HAZOP studies
Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience in process control or automation
- Experience in Oil & Gas / Refinery / Petrochemical industry
