Job Description
Prepare special meals or substitute items. Regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters. Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish. Monitor the quality and quantity of food that is prepared. Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards.
