Senior Product Manager - Enterprise Systems & Integrations
Job Description
The Senior Product Manager owns the vision, strategy, and delivery of enterprise systems, core platforms, and integrations. You will have end-to-end ownership of shared capabilities including 3rd-party integrations, CRM, and customer support systems.
Responsibilities
- Define platform and internal systems strategy
- Lead ownership for complex 3rd-party integrations
- Own product direction for CRM and support systems
- Lead product ownership of admin portals
- Translate regulatory obligations into platform capabilities
- Communicate multi-quarter platform roadmap
Qualifications
- 8+ years of Product Management experience
- Experience with 3rd-party integrations at scale
- Understanding of financial transaction flows and risk controls
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (KYC, AML)
