Job Description
Responsible for the end-to-end planning, production and delivery of all tournament-related events for a sports event organizer in KSA. Lead the delivery of brand activations, roadshows, trophy tours, fan zones and community engagement events of all scales.
Responsibilities
- Lead the overall events strategy and delivery framework
- Translate strategy and brand into scalable live event experiences
- Develop detailed event plans, timelines, and budgets
- Review and challenge agency proposals and production methodologies
- Manage event risk management and crowd management planning
Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience in live events
- Strong prior experience working within an events or experiential agency
- Experience working on major sports events or tournaments
