Human Resources Manager – Construction (High-Rise)
Job Description
We are hiring an experienced HR Manager for our construction division, responsible for end-to-end HR operations for site-based and blue-collar workforces, ensuring full compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE requirements.
Responsibilities
- HR strategy & manpower planning: workforce planning, mobilization/demobilization, cost control
- Recruitment & onboarding: hiring for technical/admin/site staff; agency coordination; compliant offers/contracts
- MOHRE compliance: contracts, renewals, terminations, EOSB, disputes/grievances, inspections; WPS compliance
- Visa/immigration coordination: visas, Emirates ID, medicals, labour cards; expiry tracking with PRO
- Payroll & benefits: payroll processing, overtime/allowances, final settlements, medical/leave/site benefits
- Employee relations & welfare: grievances, discipline, worker welfare (accommodation/transport/food), workplace culture
- Performance & development: KPIs/appraisals, training plans (HSE/induction/toolbox), records maintenance
- Policies & reporting: HR policies/manuals, documentation, dashboards (headcount/attrition/visa/payroll), audit support
Qualifications
- 5–10 years HR experience in UAE high-rise construction
- UAE Driving License (own vehicle preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business or related field
