Construction Manager (On-site) - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Job Description
We are looking for a driven and capable Construction Project Manager to support us with the development of multiple data center projects for one of the top technology clients in the world. This client-facing role requires strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, the ability to self-direct, client representation, and an emphasis on strong project management fundamentals.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned work from start to close out
- Prepare PowerPoint decks and present to management on progress
- Prepare RFPs and support contractor selection
- Identify project risks, gaps, and opportunities
- Facilitate and chair project meetings
- Review and validate project progress and contractor pay applications
Qualifications
- 15+ years of construction project management experience
- Bachelor's degree in construction, civil engineering, structure engineering, architecture engineering, or project management
- Strong working knowledge of contract management and building systems
- Excellent understanding of construction, civil, structural, and architectural disciplines
