Responsibilities

  • Coordinating product complaints received externally and internally
  • Controlling compliance with local and global policies
  • Reporting and closing complaints on time
  • Preparing complaint files for record retention

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy field
  • Fluent English knowledge
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills
