Job Description
Coordinating all product complaints for Turkiye received externally and internally for a pharmacy industry partner.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating product complaints received externally and internally
- Controlling compliance with local and global policies
- Reporting and closing complaints on time
- Preparing complaint files for record retention
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy field
- Fluent English knowledge
- Strong customer orientation
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
