Job Description
The Project Coordinator will plan, organize, and manage operational projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope. The role involves managing a team of drivers and maintaining strong client relationships to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and manage operational projects from initiation to completion
- Track project milestones and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope
- Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, and performance reports
- Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth project execution and efficient teamwork
- Supervise and lead a team of 15 drivers, ensuring daily operations run seamlessly
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through calls, follow-ups, and excellent service
- Negotiate and close contracts to drive business growth and profitability
- Analyze client data to create effective road and delivery plans
- Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure high satisfaction levels
- Manage import/export documentation and oversee vehicle maintenance schedules
- Ensure availability for client communication between 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM (6 days/week)
- Support continuous improvement and compliance with company standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the private sector, preferably in project coordination, operations, or logistics
