Regional Sales Manager
Job Description
We’re a fun, family-run company looking for a Territory Growth Champion to own and grow our presence across the Eastern half of the U.S., with a focus on the Northeast/New England. You’ll work with retailers, industrial distributors, end users, and large OEM accounts, sparking excitement and driving growth wherever you go.
Responsibilities
- Build and grow relationships across retail, industrial, OEM, and end-user accounts
- Educate and train partners with hands-on demonstrations and field expertise
- Identify market opportunities and provide insights to leadership
- Support partner onboarding and product launches
- Represent the company at trade shows, events, and in-store trainings
Qualifications
- Experienced in sanding, painting, cabinetry, wood finishing, or related trades
- A high-energy, outgoing person who loves inspiring others
- Comfortable traveling 2 weeks per month across the eastern U.S. and Canada
- Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
