Job Description

We’re a fun, family-run company looking for a Territory Growth Champion to own and grow our presence across the Eastern half of the U.S., with a focus on the Northeast/New England. You’ll work with retailers, industrial distributors, end users, and large OEM accounts, sparking excitement and driving growth wherever you go.

Responsibilities

  • Build and grow relationships across retail, industrial, OEM, and end-user accounts
  • Educate and train partners with hands-on demonstrations and field expertise
  • Identify market opportunities and provide insights to leadership
  • Support partner onboarding and product launches
  • Represent the company at trade shows, events, and in-store trainings

Qualifications

  • Experienced in sanding, painting, cabinetry, wood finishing, or related trades
  • A high-energy, outgoing person who loves inspiring others
  • Comfortable traveling 2 weeks per month across the eastern U.S. and Canada
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
