Maintenance Supervisor
Job Description
We have an excellent opportunity available for a Maintenance Supervisor to make a difference at Kraft Heinz Turkey. The Maintenance Supervisor lies within the Maintenance & Utilities team and is based in our Susurluk Plant. You’ll be reporting into Maintenance & Utilities Manager.
Responsibilities
- Define the maintenance strategy and plan for preventive, predictive and corrective actions
- Identify root causes and drivers of machine related down time
- Support capital projects as a natural stakeholder
- Manage and report budget monthly
- Use the KHMS to improve the level of excellence in maintenance
- Support the plant to achieve net zero carbon target.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
- Preferably min 3 years maintenance experience
- SAP/ERP maintenance modules knowledge
- A strong command over English with an ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively
- Good communication and networking skills
- Result oriented, problem solver
