Retail & Corporate Collection Team Member
Job Description
Allianz Türkiye is looking for a team member to manage retail and corporate collection processes. The role involves monitoring operational tasks, managing month-end closings, and participating in AI and data intelligence transformation projects.
Responsibilities
- Monitor operational and month-end closing processes
- Actively participate in business development and AI integration
- Identify system-based issues and follow up with IT tickets
- Perform periodic reconciliations of bank and current accounts
- Review and respond to requests via Service Desk and CRM
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken English
- Knowledge in AI development, Data Analytics, and ChatGPT
- Solid knowledge in accounting and reconciliation
