Responsibilities
- Assisting senior chefs in preparation and presentation of dishes
- Preparing ingredients and mise en place
- Following recipes and kitchen standards
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene
- Ensuring compliance with HACCP standards
- Assisting with food storage and rotation (FIFO)
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Commis Chef or relevant kitchen experience is an advantage
- Basic culinary knowledge
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- Understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety
- Physically fit
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
