Program Manager
Job Description
The Program Manager oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple interrelated projects that support strategic business objectives. This role plays a key part in aligning projects with organizational goals, managing dependencies, and ensuring program outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Define overall program vision, goals, and strategic roadmap
- Develop and maintain detailed program management plans
- Identify project interdependencies and sequence workstreams
- Engage internal and external stakeholders
- Allocate resources efficiently across multiple projects
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks
- Monitor overall program health including schedule, budget, and scope
- Lead and deliver business-critical projects
- Support team development through coaching and mentoring
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology
- PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification
- At least 7 years of experience in project/program management
