Operations Manager, KitchenPark - Eastern Province
Job Description
The Operations Manager ensures smooth and efficient daily operations across one or more processing centers in Saudi Arabia. This role oversees facility operations, inventory, and process optimization while supporting cross-functional teams to meet performance goals. The Operations Manager leads training, resolves operational issues, and ensures readiness for high-volume periods, maintaining seamless execution and strong customer satisfaction across all sites. KitchenPark transforms underutilized properties into smart kitchens to serve restaurateurs and customers.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for smooth operation of the processing center across all shifts
- Leads training and meeting sessions for processing staff
- Work with Property Manager to ensure facility work is completed
- Address facility, tech, and space issues with licensees
- Manage ZenDesk tickets from open to close
- Troubleshoot processing center and facility hardware issues
- Inventory and Ordering; Audits
- Review daily inventories and make orders
- Perform storage and common area audits
- Review and report KPI metrics
- Coach shift leads
- Support P&L understanding and financial reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in operations management
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (essential)
