Job Description
Join our IT Delivery team at the client site, where you will be responsible for delivering and supporting infrastructure solutions to internal clients. You will participate in infrastructure delivery, lifecycle management, documentation, and automation enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Deliver infrastructure components such as Virtual Machines, Physical Machines, and NAS shares
- Manage the full lifecycle of infrastructure assets including shutdown, deletion, and re-allocation
- Provide support to end users and internal IT teams
- Contribute to documentation to improve team efficiency
- Propose and implement improvements on automation pipelines
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly
- Good English and French language skills are required
- Knowledge of server operating systems (RHEL, Ubuntu, CentOS) is a plus
- Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus
- Database knowledge (Oracle, Sybase, MS SQL) is a plus
- Experience with automation tools (Jenkins, Ansible) is a plus
