Customer Success Team Manager
Job Description
Staples is looking for a Team Manager, Customer Success to lead frontline support and account management activities. This role involves hiring, training, and coaching Customer Success Consultants while driving the overall strategy for Staples' largest customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Success Consultants
- Optimize processes and drive efficiency across the team
- Promote a culture of accountability and ownership
- Collaborate with Sales to ensure execution of Customer Success strategies
- Utilize data to identify trends and resolve customer issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in a customer facing role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Salesforce
