Operations Manager
Job Description
Strategic role responsible for establishing and governing a robust operational framework based on ITIL and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles to ensure high availability and service reliability for a large-scale platform.
Responsibilities
- Oversee 24x7 monitoring and incident management
- Lead cross-functional technical teams
- Manage vendor performance
- Drive financial optimization through FinOps governance
- Manage platform migrations in complex hybrid cloud environments
- Lead Disaster Recovery (DR/BCP) initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in Operations leadership
- Expertise in implementing ITIL and SRE frameworks
- Demonstrated experience managing 24x7 operations
