Job Description

To direct control and effectively manage a van sales operation of sales areas in his assigned territory to achieve the budgeted volume & margin of Almarai products by continuously monitoring and reviewing team performance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and evaluate Supervisors’ performance
  • Deliver budgeted volume and margin for Fresh, Foods, Juice, and UHT products
  • Ensure weekly distribution targets are met across all trade channels
  • Monitor product orders to align with market demand
  • Enforce compliance with company credit policies
  • Identify and develop high-potential team members through coaching

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in FMCG sales management
  • Proven track record in leading large teams
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
